Drayton Hall is one of the most interesting plantations that we have visited in that it is being preserved as it was when it was acquired in 1970. They are painstakingly working on stabilizing the house. As you can see from these pictures at the time we were there, they were working on the front side to stabilize and preserve the front facade.
